The Center for Education in Jalapa, Nicaragua was started from a $10,000 matching grant from the
Watershed schools Delegation. At the center we will be able to provide needed services such as: homework help to students, counseling services for individuals, family coaching services, therapy services for children with disabilities, and a space for community members to come and learn how to identify and prioritize needs, develop and design solutions, and monitor and evaluate our progress. Eddy Cardoza, our in country liaison, will offer English classes. We are grateful for your continued friendship and support. Thank you from all of our hearts. APIEAT, NMP, all the communities who benefit, and especially from Eddy who is super excited about expanding our services to another 1000 families!
